Isaac Flores founded his first software company in 2008. After facing challenges and learning valuable lessons, he rebranded and relaunched as Deluxus in 2012 with a refined vision — that small teams of senior engineers, given real ownership, would consistently outship larger ones. We began working with European companies, and in 2025 the company was rebranded once more as NovaSoft Technologies. Over a decade and 150+ projects later, that bet still holds.
